Shipping policy

ORDER PROCESSING

Ready-to-ship items are generally prepared for shipment within 3–5 business days. Custom, personalized, and made-to-order items may require up to two weeks for fulfillment. If an order contains both ready-to-ship and custom items, the full order may ship together when the custom item is complete.

SHIPPING RATES

Standard shipping within the United States is $6. Orders with a merchandise subtotal of $100 or more qualify for free standard shipping. Taxes and any discounts are calculated at checkout.

DELIVERY

Delivery estimates begin after an order has been fulfilled and are provided by the carrier. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, and other circumstances outside our control may affect delivery times. Tracking information will be sent when available.

LOCAL PICKUP

Free local pickup may be selected at checkout. Pickup is arranged directly with the owner after the order is ready. For privacy and security, a pickup address is not displayed publicly. Please wait for pickup instructions before arriving.

ADDRESS CHANGES

Contact tobinpartyof6@gmail.com as soon as possible if a shipping address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after fulfillment has begun and are not responsible for packages delivered to an address entered incorrectly at checkout.

LOST, DELAYED, OR DAMAGED PACKAGES

If tracking shows a delay or delivery problem, contact the carrier first and email us with your order number so we can help where possible. If an order arrives damaged, keep the packaging and send clear photos promptly.
